PROCESSING TIME:

It usually takes us 1-2 business days to process an order once we receive it. Please note that orders will not be processed on Saturday or Sunday.


Delivery Time:  Depending on the items you order and your shipping address, your package will be dispatched from our local or nearest warehouse (located in the EU, UK, Canada，US, etc.) or our China warehouse.

  • E-BIKES :Delivery within 5-10 working days. (Shipment from local or nearest warehouse)
  • Accessories: Delivered within 10–15 business days. (Shipped from local or China warehouse)


Local Carrier: FEDEX/UPS
