A: Our warehouse is located in California and the transportation time is approximately 5-8 working days.

Decent bike for the price I paid. Have ridden it about 150 miles. Front suspension seems to be excessively stiff and sticky, even after multiple adjustments. Not sure about the battery quality. When I received the bike new, the LED indicator light on the battery itself never worked, the battery life is shorter than expected. Seems to be getting shorter every ride :/
Je viens finalement de recevoir la batterie après plusieurs semaines de frayeur. N’ayant pas de numéro de suivi valide j’ai été contacter par le livreur 2 minutes avant la livraison ! Heureusement que j’étais encore à mon domicile. J’enlève donc 1 étoile pour le suivie et surtout oubliez les mails ils ne répondent pas alors 4 étoiles je pense que c’est une excellente note.
Ils devrait préciser que les délais de livraison peuvent dépasser 1 mois d’attente sans suivie au moin on sais à quoi s’attendre ça éviterais de s'inquiéter.
Donner à chaque fois des numéro de suivi pas valide c’est quand même pas très rassurant …mais bon je l’ai reçu alors reste à tester la batterie.
Commandée le 20/03/2024 et depuis j ai ce message dans le suivi du colis.
En clair UPS n a pas récupéré le colis de la batterie
J ai déjà envoyé 2 mails dont un d annulation sans aucune réponse…
Je souhaite trouver une issu, une réponse, un délai ou le remboursement si on ne peut pas faire autrement.
Tout ce que je souhaite c est que le dialogue s ouvre afin je l espère de recevoir cette batterie.
