A: Our warehouse is located in California and the transportation time is approximately 5-8 working days.
Q3：Do I need to purchase the special insurance?
A：Each of our products has a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase.

A: We accept PayPal and credit card payments, and you can choose your preferred method at checkout.

Q6: Why did my deduction fail?
A: A common reason for chargeback failure is that your credit card has declined the payment. It is recommended that you contact the bank immediately for customer service assistance. Q7:Will the bike received be exactly as pictured?
A：Yes, we produce the product exactly as pictured, and if we update the product in the future, we will update the pictures accordingly.
Q8：Do I need a license to ride an ebike on road?
A: Due to the different rules in each state, we suggest that you contact the relevant local authorities and confirm this information.
They sent the wrong part so the connections to the ebike don't match at all. Now they ignore repeated emails and messages to exchange for the right part. On the berge of reporting them as fraudulent scammers.
So now for the second time you send me the wrong controller for k800 I’ve spent well over 300 bucks in parts you won’t exchange or refund me for them for your mistakes you are the ones making the errors I emailed u photos of the correct controllers to send with pics of the plug I needed to have and you send me the same one as before what the heck you don’t look at the pictures to see which one you gotta send me I need the correct parts and you gotta take one of these back and do an exchange because this is your screw ups not mine i sent pics to your email address and I sent like 7 pics showing what I needed so the fact you meesed it up gots me wonder does anybody pay attention to instructions
I got the parts myself and fix it myself cuz I ran in the same problem once I plugged it in and it shorted out the back control module

After 51 miles my k800 just died after a week someone finally answered my email and then wants me to buy parts!! They don’t honor warranty!!!
