Q2:How long is the shipping?
A: We ship electric bike accessories from our warehouse in China, and transportation takes 10-15 days.
Q3:What kind of payment method do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal and credit card payments, and you can choose your preferred method at checkout.
Q4:Â Can I use installment payment?
A:Â We have not yet implemented this feature, and we look forward to adding it to the website in the near future.
Q5: Why did my deduction fail?
A: A common reason for chargeback failure is that your credit card has declined the payment. It is recommended that you contact the bank immediately for customer service assistance. Once the bank confirms your payment details, the order will be ready for payment. If all else fails, you can switch to another credit card for payment, or you can try to pay via paypal.

The battery pack arrived with a shattered handle. The cardboard box was too large for the battery pack and the bubble wrap bag that enveloped the battery pack was very thin. Transportation throughout the USA is very harsh and rough on packages. The seller is sending a replacement handle but I have yet to establish if the battery pack was damaged during transportation. Damage to the battery cell spot welds could cause a premature failure of the battery pack or even a fire during charging. The seller needs to develop better packaging for their battery pack shipments.
