Q1: What is the statute of limitations for processing an order after it has been placed ?
A：Orders are usually processed within 1 working day, if your order has been paid for and you have not received a tracking number after 3 working days, please contact our after sales service team for tracking information.

Q2:How long is the shipping?
A: We ship electric bike accessories from our warehouse in China, and transportation takes 10-15 days.

A: We accept PayPal and credit card payments, and you can choose your preferred method at checkout.
